If you want to be the King or Queen of a creature, you have to send me or Kurai a pm of a the history of the creature. It must be minimal 900 words, maximal 2500 words. Being queen of the vampires is now impossible, because of me being it already. And No, it doesn't make you a couple if you are are king and queen of the same species. Only you have another tribe.
